Definitely go with the beard.
I also had to laugh at the idea of the picture where you claimed to be smiling. I've never seen a picture where you didn't look like you were smiling.
It's a good thing, and it isn't the case with everyone.

Oh no – Saj has upstaged me! hehe
Now, this bit is a bit scary… I did record this earlier when taking the photos. It is of me just sitting and talking, which I’ve never recorded before. (No, I don’t sit and talk to myself anyway! hehe)
I thought I’d put this up because anyone who knows me can see what I look like in animated form! hehe Many of you have known me for over a year now and yet have not actually met me, so this is the next best thing. Also, some other friends I have known for years online have not been able to meet me.
I thought I would record this to show just how I really am.
I look somewhat scruffy in the video! hehe
