Diet

I am on "Body for Life" from the book by Bill Phillips. It is a diet and exercise regime, I am in the gym 5-6 days a week. What did didn't tell, 48 pounds was fat, I have gained 25 in muscle, and taken my body fat from 38% to 23%. I'm shooting for 15%.

As you saw in the picture my wife is tiny, and before I started loosing weight, we looked like "Ren and Stimpy".

It seem like we have a number of rollercoaster fans. I am told that the "Pippin" at Liberty Land in Memphis is one of the oldest operating coasters in the country. I'm not sure about the history, I guess I need to look it up.

This is us from the Top of the Sydney Harbour Bridge in February 2004 when we did the Bridge climb. I'm on the right, Michael is on the left.

That's Joe's Crab Shack in Kemah, Texas. Talk about *stuff*! They really have everything but the kitchen sink (or washer). What's amazing is that it is a chain (owned by Tillman Fertitta), and all of the restaurants have tons of junk in them! If they ever go out of business, I'm going to be there with a very large truck! ;-)
