Bosch Maxx 5

My Bosch maxx 5 has started to show err3. It does not happen all the time.

The other day I put the machine on an extra rinse, as it has a deep rinse, the machine started beeping and showing err3. I turned the machine off, and turned it to rinse again, and it worked ok.

Any ideas.
