Happens I was going to Staples to check out some Bluetooth speakers on sale and diverted into the Value Village next door beforehand . On the shelf with a bunch of old electronics crap sat this speaker for $7.99. I couldn't make out the name but the logo looked somewhat familiar and their was a USB port, batter compartment, aux in and some controls along the side for volume, eq, etc.. I could just barely make out a button that looked like the Bluetooth symbol so I figure, what the heck. I'll get it , if it doesn't work it's not a huge loss, (no returns, as is) . Well I get it home, put in 4 AA's , it lights up,, so I try pairing it to my laptop,, yup, that worked too. What realy surprised me was how good this thing sounds It sounds as good or better than any speakers of this size I've tried out in stores costing $100 to $200.. it's a G-Go, from G PRoject, model G100,, anywaysm for $8 couldn't be happier,, it even has a built in carry handle

I Couldn't Agree More-

It's amazing what people just dump because they're tired of it. A consequence of too much disposable income these days. That's a cool looking speaker! And of course, the w/d shakers are a modern icon...

Congratulations, two great finds.

I should visit the thrift stores around here more often.  I really loved them (and garage sales too) when I was a kid.
