Servicing a compact whirlpool wringer washer
It looks like to me the motor in the water pump should be service from the bottom, if you take the entire inner tub out you should be able to lift the whole mechanism out and service it outside the machine also.
These are not easy things to fix, what does the nut look like that you need to remove under the agitator?
If you could find an old time motor shop they may be able to rewind that motor that burned out, otherwise it would be hard to find I’m sure the 20 A that you found on it is not correct it should be somewhere around 4 amps.
