New (to me...) streaming music source.

I've been enjoying Groovshark the last few days. I've been a long time Pandora user, but this has a few pluses to recommend it. First and foremost it's free too, and it will actually PLAY the song you request! It has a radio feature similar to Pandora that will play a wide selection of similar music to your tastes. Was into Last FM for a while but the play list was too limited

I've discovered a lot of great music that way, stuff you'll never hear on the radio.

I'll have to check it out...

Meanwhile I've been spending a LOT of time getting to know my new (to me) smart phone - running windows mobile 6.1... have had to do some hacking to get it to do some of the things I want... but building up a nice little video library of ... the trololo guy - who actually is a very talented and gifted singer. Some very nice stuff, indeed. There appears to be a treasure trove of old Soviet era music "videos" that are so unfamiliar to us Americans. A lot of it is VERY good. What a shame that ideologies kept that culture so invisible to us for so long.
