My Whirlpool WTW4816FW3 washer that I bought new in 2023 is already having issues, but not my what you think. It’s not constantly draining, but it’s already leaking oil from the bottom (Saw oily stuff on the belt cover). What would cause it to leak oil?

It’s not loud on spin cycle or wash cycle, it still spins and washes. Bearings are good.

oil is somehow escaping out of the reduction gearbox of the "transmission" - shaft seal no doubt, but i do not know if that can be serviced seperatly ...Other than the belt getting fouled with oil and slipping, washer may run for quite a while before gearbox fails. I have never seen this oil leak on the ~15 VMW washers I have fixed or junked, but I did see one on here that was leaking oil onto the pulley.
