I don't see an EER on the box.

5 bids and it's at $5 so far with less than 24 hours remaining.
If I were within a reasonable distance I would get it.

IIRC auction states they do ship. But would reach out before auction ends to confirm.
That AC could easily go by UPS or FedEx. Won't be cheap, but depending upon where one lived neither would be UShip or similar service.
Then there is always asking if a member is nearby that would collect and hold until shipping could be arranged.
Late in day one knows, but if anyone is truly interested in this AC again I'd shoot auctioneers a message via HBid's system to see if shipping is possible. There's still about 15 hours remaining on auction, should get a response if message is sent early Sunday.
