I would say the prices are pretty fair and you can always make an offer if you like.
I help price used appliances at a local Nonprofit type store and these prices seem pretty close to what these appliances should and will sell for.

Bendix Washing machine in Chicago
Just found this ad for vintage appliances in the Chicago. Included is a front loader Bendix. They are asking $300 for it. It is located at a Habitat for Humanity. http://chicago.craigslist.org/wcl/ppd/4767021016.html
