This one was built the 29th week of 1979. I have the same one built in 1980. Can’t beat the price.
I have the washer that matches this. If it weren't so far away, I'd love to complete the set--especially at that price!
There's always U-Ship or similar.
Since this is an eBay auction and local-collection (meaning pick-up in person) is only option don't see why there would be any objections.
Unlike CL at least you can pay upfront on eBay and if things don't work out get your money back.

Thing about U-ship is you never know, could luck out and someone going to your area is passing through where item is located and willing to pick-up for a good price.
U-ship also allows linking to current eBay (or other auction) so you can see what sort of bids come in before even buying item. Of course there is always chance with BIN thing will be bought by someone else, but that's a risk anyone takes unless or until they put money on the table.
