Well today I turned 21 and now I've been officially "corrupted" aka both legally drank and gambled. I didn't have a "Power Hour" or a case race or take 21 shots cause it's just silly and I had work today and tomorrow at 6 AM and can't come in with a "bongo drum hangover" where my head just pounds and pounds.
After work, a sale in Glen Carbon, and a trip to the Sally Army, my parents took me to Tachibana, a Japanese restaurant in Chesterfield and ate some tempura and 4 shots of sake, hoo that hit the spot. Just felt a little buzzed but me and a couple of friends afterward we went to Harrah's in Earth City and gambled for about an hour and a half. I came with $100 and lost only $8, but would have been ahead if I hadn't lost $20 in the World Series of Poker video poker machine.
I got a cold bottle of Bacardi and some Minute Maid. Anyone for a screwdriver?
