Nordicware Microwave Pressure Cooker

Does anyone have or used one of these,I found a new one without instructions,at first I thought, no way am I going to put that bomb in my microwave, then I read the reviews and they were all great, The only thing I'm not sure about is the two steamer like things that go on the bottom, are they for steaming or for regular cooking,and how much liquid does this require,I know most recipes are 30 minutes,I would appreciate any advice, Including use this in an old microwave that you don't mind getting blown up. LOL Thanks

I believe my mom had one of these. I think it had a red knob on top and had several wing type screws around the top edge. It was somewhat heavy. Does that sound right? I think my brothers and I gave it to Goodwill but I think the manual is still around somewhere. I will do some investigation and see if I can find it.

It does seem to be heavy duty,It came with two discs,not sure if these need to be in place.
