Reinhold (Rhinnie) Koening, longtime companion of Steve Bisso (1-18) passed away suddenly today (Sunday) while returning from a trip to Florida.
Steve is currently at his Mothers residence in Florida.

A Memorial Service will be announced at a later date.
As per Rhinnie's wishes, the remains will be cremated.

Any cards and communications may be sent to their Augusta, Ga. address, however, it will be some time next week before Steve returns to Augusta.

So sorry to hear

I know it has been a long suffering for Rhinnie because of strokes and sickness. May he rest in peace and God bring comfort to Steve.

Steve, Mom and I are terribly sorry for your loss and what you are having to go through right now. While Rhinnie may no longer be with us on earth, he is in a much better place now and his suffering has ended. May both of you join again in Heaven.

We will be praying for you. Stay strong.

Ohh geeze. Steve and Rhinnie are long-time members of this group. Notice I said are, because we'll always remember. I met them a year or so before the Minneapolis gathering, when they made a trip through Texas to visit Rhinnie's sister, who lives fairly near this area. My condolences, thoughts and prayers to both families.

Condolences from across the pond again to both families. As Austin said, at least Rhinnie is now free from pain, and I'm sure Steve he'll still be there with you in spirit until you are united with him again in another world.

Thoughts to you all, especially Steve.

Jon

As we talked on the phone

earlier today, Steve(Gyrafoam) and myself, about Steve(1-18) and Rhinnie, this was going on. I guess we both were shocked to hear the news. As soon as Steve found out, he phoned me back to tell me about Rhinnie's passing and the Particulars. I am so sorry Steve, however, for Rhinnies sake, it is at least peace from now on. May God bless you until we all meet again on the other side.

Steve

Steve and Rhinnie are just two of the warmest, nicest people I know. This is a sad day, and Steve I am thinking of you and you have my sincere condolences. I am so sorry. Scott

Dear Friend

My condolences to you and your family in your time of loss.
Pictures of you and Rhinnie with others from this group were
the first that I saw when I began participating. You will have a lifetime of memories to hold in your heart.
Sincerely,
Darrel
