Did Maytag, the company actually "make" this machine? Or did they source it to some other industrial washer company and slap their name on it?

Thats a big bigger than my Duet.

This baby requires 3 phase wiring, not often found in residential areas and expensive to install.

IIRC none of Maytag's commercial front loaders were in house products. All were sourced from another maker with the Maytag brand slapped on.
