I loved Mollie Sugden.

Karl Malden passed away today, too. Age 97.

And I am unanimous in that!

I always considered her every bit Carol Burnett's equal, capable of getting a laugh with everything she did. I never got to meet her (and it was not for lack of trying), but I always heard that her kindness to fans was really, really something.

That leaves Frank Thornton (Captain Peacock) and Trevor Bannister (Mr. Lucas) as the only "core" members of the original AYBS? cast remaining.
