1964 NEW YORK WORLDS FAIR

That was a fun clip thanks for posting it. I had the great life changing experience of going to the NYWF for two days with my younger brother Jeff and my father. I have always wished that companies would do something like it again and it would be really cool if someone could put together o documentary about the 1964 NYWF.

The fair

WE spent a few days there also it was my parents and grandparents.  We drove there from aunt and uncles house in Re Hiik, NY that was one good time.  In 1967 my wife  baby and I went to the Hemisfair in San Antonio.  Another good fair.  In 1984 we lived in New Orleans and had season passes for it.

This was great too.

Looks like a British Telecom video long before the UK PTT was called British Telecom!

@combo52

There is a documentary of the '64-'65 World's Fair out there.  I bought it several years ago on VHS format for my sister.  Look at Amazon or elsewhere, you'll probably find it on DVD.  It's narrated by Judd Hirsch of all people, slightly annoying.  It's a pretty good film otherwise. Does anyone besides me remember those dumb@$$ "swiss alps" hats with the big feathers that poked other people when waiting in line?
