OLD COUNTER TOP WASHER

I have come across an old counter top washer but I can not find any info on it.
the ID plate on it reads THE FORMETAL CO., APPLIANCE, OHIO. The serial # on plate reads- JW5-12806. Does anyone have an idea as to the age of this machine and maybe it was made for some other brand like Maytag, Frigidaire, or etc. Thanks for any and all help. I will try to get photos of it if I can figure out how to up load. Tom the Georgia Guy.

Photos would help.  Just hit the "Browse" button near the bottom of the reply screen and you'll get a pop-up box to view your photo files.  Double click on the one you want and then hit "Preview Message" to see it displayed, and then hit the "Post" button.

 

Or if you're able to copy them from another source, you can paste multiple shots into your reply.
