This is what happened to my ge ff, it wouldn't spin and I took the back off thinking it was the motor and there was a sock in the pump. The sock kept the motor from turning since the pump is connected to the clutch which is connected to the motor lol hope u catch my drift!

Were they washing beavers in it? Looks like something chewed on the agitator. That will have to be smoothed out.
