Old Maytag Wringer washer/ need info and might sell to a collector

Hi, My name is Dustin and my family and i moved in to my wifes grandmothers house, and in the basement i found an old washer. Have looked up a bunch of stuff but not a whole lot has come from it. I see on this site there are alot of collectors and passionate ones at that. Before i put it on craigs list i wanna try and gain some info, and possibly save me and somebody else some hassle and time and sell it to someone on here.I do know that its in pretty good condition, and that the motor and all parts work and run. Have more pics as well as a serial number, users guide and warranty. Maybe someone can help me out. thankyou in advance.

i have 2 wringers

a speed queen and kenmore, have always like the maytags! i am interested and will e mail you, i live in cincinnati.

That's a J2L. Looks like a gravity drain model (no pump). That model with the red wringer roller cover spanned from 1939 - 1965. There should be top cover for the tub. If you can find the last 2 letter digits in the serial #, we can narrow down the month and year.
