Travis, there was a red exposed coil single door monitor top showing up on CL here until just recently.  The finish looked professional, but it was still a dumb customization IMO.  You'll be pleased to know that it apparently wasn't moving (I've forgotten the price, but it was up there).  I'm sure it will resurface sometime soon.

Well, decided to go thrift shopping and there on my first outing found anO'Keeffe and Merritt stove. Missing a gas knob, some rust inside the stove and missing chrome on top right corner. The knobs did in fact come with a red "ring" over white. Kinda classy. IF it had a periscope window this would have gone home with me even with all it's faults. Darn. Not bad for a first go.
