TOL WCI Kenmore All-In-One

We saw quite a few of these, this was a US model, and the fluorescent light came on when ever you turned on either the washer or the dryer.

 

Unfortunately that is about the only good thing about these under performing machines and note it is about 30 years old.

If you do any research about WCI laundry products, you can find performance deficiencies that can be applied to this machine.

Were any of this style of washer/dryers good? I always had the perception that they weren't and were only used in rentals or when space was an issue.
