The power fin agitators were blue colored one piece straight vanes. The later load sensor agitators were basically dual action agitators with the spiral top half and straight fins on the skirt.

That is incredible to watch!!! With that kind of rollover I imagine you wouldn't need to wash most clothing for more than say 10 minutes. I guess you could live 'dangerously' (smile) knowing that Maytag does not recommend switching to this agitator. Maybe order another transmission before Maytag is sold just to have it on hand??? Judging from your vids you do not overload the machine even at a half load and that may help keep the wear on the tranny down. Would love to see how this would stack up against a front loader in terms of stain removal.
