Great choice! These were rated tops by America's Test Kitchen. A little pricey though!

<span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;">Technivorm recommends 60g per 1 liter of water. That's what I use and it seems perfect for my taste. I flip over the cover and it holds the coffee filter holder just fine as it won't stand well on it's own while I am adding coffee to it.</span>

The only thing I don't like about these is that usually they are used with paper filters. Personally I prefer coffee that hasn't been filtered through paper. I think the taste of your coffee can be even improved with a gold filter.
