over sudsing/excess foam

Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Finish is definitely less foaming than cascade...In fact, the past few years I've used the Kirkland and Finish Quantum and neither of them foam at all..but astonishingly I liked the Kirkland better... What I really want is the Finish powerball (that comes in like a Square blue speckled cube with the red dot in the middle)... that's my absolutely favorite and no foam at all... If I were having a foaming issue... that's the one I'd go for... if you can find them

It's funny... On the finish powerball box... it says "upgrade your powerball to quantum for a better clean... As it stands... I have to use STPP with Quantum... I didn't with powerball. So in my case I'm upgrading my clean going to powerball from quantum

Sudsing

I had issues with my Point Voyager when using rinse aid. It was bad enough where I couldn’t use it because it released a small amount during the main wash and caused crazy sudsing issues regardless of detergent. Cascade action Pacs did foam up bad, but didn’t hinder performance as long as no rinse aid was in the dispenser.
However, the Bosch did struggle a bit with sudsing with Cascade Action Pacs. Finish Quantum was good until reformulated.
The power clean KitchenAid and new KA just kick ass regardless of what is used. But we did have hard water with the PC.
