If the cabinets were white, the fridge would look great in green or white (or just about any color). But the brown cabinets with a green fridge is Clash City. JMHO

Rickr, to my eye the mint is pleasing playing off the dark cabinets, the white look's "contrived" in the alcove you have your vintage fridge. trust your heart, but the MINT Green, brings it together with subdued Bling, and softens the cabinets against your black/white floor. arthur

My vote is for white

and Panthera when Monitor Tops were new you could have them in ay color you wanted as lomg as it was WHITE!!!!! No monitor top ever came from the factory in color. Color appliances where not introduced until the mid 1950's....PAT COFFEY

Wow, this is a tough one. I like the idea of either, and while I know you have a handome white vintage range, looking at your pictures for whatever reason the green moves me more than the white in your situation. I'm not helping much I know but I'll be interested to hear what you decide!

BTW, what are you going to do with that handsome Kelvinator that used to or currently sits in that spot? The only other general caution that may bear consideration is do you want to deal with a manual defrost fridge?

I like true appliance white!

Personally, I am partial to white appliances. The mint green IS nice, however, I prefer the white. Also, kitchen and bath light bulbs really can "warm" up white appliances.
