It does, even down to the height adjuster reminiscent of the Electrolux slide switch! Although it doesn't appear as well-made as the vintage Panasonic Jet-Flo cleaners.
if you look at the full-size models, you see it is the same basic design as the Panasonic. im sure they use some of the same parts. that compact model looks cheap and cute at the same time. like a fun toy. i think id like one!
I have tried them before, they work about as well as a Riccar or Simplicity. They are not made by Tacony, and inside there are some differences between them and a Tacony vacuum. I personally wouldn't mind getting the clear full sized upright.

I really really really wanna know if they're up the wonderful build quality that the classic Panasonics were. My boss doesn't think they will be, so he won't order any.
Too bad they gave it the fugliest colors ever. Ewwww ><
Each time I look at the 11 lb. machines, they really start to resemble a toy vacuum that a 5-year-old would use. And the full-size uprights look like a canister body stuffed into an upright base. Get rid of that ugly loop handle on top!
