Which seal are you referring to?
The seal that goes between the top and bottom outer tub, held in place by the outer tub clamp.
The seal that goes between the top and bottom outer tub, held in place by the outer tub clamp.
I'm pretty sure that that is part number 211232 (or "2-11232"). They're still available, $20 new on eBay.
