On my lunch hour on Sundays I usually wander through the near by Goodwill outlet. Today i came across a never used Rival PM1000 pasta maker for $4.99, and took a chance on it. All the disks are there and there is no signs of it ever being used. Looking online I did not find the user manual, but did see some so-so reviews. I guess I'm missing the measuring cups and the wrench, neither is a deal killer. From what I've read the measure is not a true 1 c. measure but a bit bigger, but that does not matter since I don't have any recipe to follow...
Anyone have one of these? Point me to a manual? Got a decent pasta recipe?
