Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Very pretty! And isn't that the pre-self cleaning model with the view down window? Hard to see in their photos. And Hans will note, the RF burner (sensi temp) is not working!

The turquoise range is prettier, I saw one in a house that I bought a Maytag wringer washer and DG806 dryer from a CL ad.  They couldn't sell the Americana (with oven view skylight) because the house had been sold with it in place.  The owner's wife had died a year after they moved into the house and his daughter-in-law across the street did all the cooking and washing for him so the appliances were minty fresh new.  Too bad, I'd bet the new owners tossed that range right out shortly after they got the keys.

Not a great unit, unless you have the vent option on it.

I remember growing up with one of those stoves, my mom hated it, the sensi-temp burner in the front kept going bad on it,(my dad replaced it 3 times) and with no venting on it, when cooking on the back burners, the steam condensed on the overhang of the upper oven and dripped on the pots on the stove. And then the steam would travel up on the outside of the upper oven door and condense and drip down. We didn't have the venting option on the stove, which would eliminate this problem. If you think of getting this stove, make sure you have the vent option on it, otherwise I don't think you would be happy with this stove. My parents replaced it with a Corning Smooth Top Range, which was trouble free.
