PINK Frigidaire Range and Refrigerator for sale

Hi all,
I am back with a vengance today... I have been meaning to post these photos of a Frigidaire range and refrigerator set that a dear friend of mine has to sell. I admit I have been holding off, hoping that I could somehow nab them for myself, but hubby 'put his foot down' after the GE turquoise 'all-in-one' kitchen finally got delivered. Men!
Anyway, the range is in fine working condition, but the refrigerator is not cooling as well as it could. It may need to have the refrigerant recharged (I don't know if that is still possible for the older models). Overall the appliances are in good shape; price is to be discussed so if anyone is interested, please email me and I will send you her contact information. They are located in Port Sydney, Ontario which is about 2 hours north of Toronto.
Sigh...
I hope someone will grab them and give them a good home!!

It is definitely possible to recharge an old fridge - I've had to do that to two of mine. The repairman installed a valve (like the ones on automotive A/C systems) and replaced the dryer tube.

I wonder if the paper towel/wax paper/tin foil dispenser is included in the purchase. Love that Vintage Frigidaire scrawl on the oven window. Good Lord, I remember those Frigidaire refrigerators, built for a century and weighed as much. I loved the sculpted fronts that matched the fronts of the washers and dryers.
