Is it just me or does that frig cabinet look like it originally held a subzero single door built-in frig?
The refrigerator is a Customline model, which have a trim kit with air vent grilles at the top and bottom for building in to cabinets.
The three non-thermostatic surface unit switches have the extra button for "TIMED."
