Did the first 'real' load in the new MT HE TL. I filled the basket from bottom to top with what I considered to be a huge load of whites and towels. I left an 'arm size' empty column in the center as per directions.
Cycle was; normal soil level, hot wash, power clean, extra rinse on, fab soft on.
Start to finish was 1 hour, 32 minutes.
It sensed then filled to what I would think would be a normal fill, very little water. However, it easily turned the load over including the blue ball (which could be tracked by the noise it made when it got down to the impeller!) During the 42 min wash cycle it continued to add water ocationly till almost at the top of the load. Think I see why some users are not happy. The load I put in filled two tall kit plastic bags, far more than I would have put in the Kendaire. But after the load got wet it looked like less than half a basket, I would bet some user see this and throw more clothes in with crappy results.
Impeller does an odd little 'quick jog' at the end of any water cycle, no clue why. First spin was slow with spray rinse (not impressive). Then fast spin. Then a decent rinse fill and the blue ball ejaculated as it should. Second rinse was also deep and pretty much nuked my Downy Lavender smell. Final spin was pretty intense, it does seem to get crankin'.
I did notice much to my delite that a hot wash fill is pretty much hot only. It uses so little water that it only dumbed down the temp one time on the wash fill.
I think it's going to be a keeper!
