PLEASE Help!

Yeah, Tom I have used the upholstery tool to vacuum my tile,but since I don't have the other curved wand it makes it kind awkward to use. I have checked all of the stores around here for one. Maybe one day soon I'll have one. Tim

Hi Tim, Nice swivel top you have there. I noticed you only have one straight wand. the model you have there would have one more straight wand. The carpet nozzle would have the small metal curved elbow as part of it. I usually have pretty good vacuum karma so i will be on the lookout for a blue carpet nozzle for you. As for another straight wand, i may, I MAY, have one somewhere but i will look. I know what you mean when you say you like you vacuums to look as original as possible, i'm the same way. BTW, i think you know my friend Victor Lee. I think he's mentioned you. You like Filter Queens too don't you.

upholstery tool

tim, me again, when using your upholstery tool to clean your tiles place you upholstery tool so it faces upside down. There are four rectangular slots on all the tools. Hold the curved end of the hose so the curved end goes parelel (sp?) to the floor instead of the way we are usually used to holding it and it should be easier to use the upholst. tool. I myself use the duster brush because it gets the base boards as well.

I would appreciate any help finding these things. Yes, I know Victor. He's a very nice guy. I like old FQ, but am growing tired of them. Victor is very knowledgable on vacuums. He has sooo much info on them. What is your favorite kind? Do you have any pictures that you could post here of your collection. I have narrowed my collection down to my swivel top, a lux super j, a miele upright, and an oreck. Not real exciting is it? Thanks for the info on the tools for my swivel top.

for looking for them. Just keep an eye out for them if you don't mind. I found out about a man who rebuilds old vacuums about 10 minutes from my house. I am going to check with him next week.
