No Mike that is not a GE Dw, go up to the first pic and it's
on the left with a timer dial on the bottom left of the front access panel, also, no tell tale rubber GE vents on the top
of the cabinet through the front trim panel. Maybe it's a Westinghouse?

Winter Wash-In

Hi Jimmy,

Looking forward to your visit. Can't wait to check out the appliance junkyard with you again, especially now that I have a laundry list of parts to hunt for.

John will just love that set. I am still holding out for the 1963 GE 1050X that will duplicate what I grew up with.

Will be great to have everyone over for a winter wash-in. We can get the word out on details once you lock down your travel plans.

Re: Dishwasher:

Well, for my 2-cents worth, I believe that the Dishwasher is a "Pull-Out/Drawer-Type" Westinghouse, when Westinghouse was Westinghouse, before the starts of the "Mergers" through the years...

Peace, Happy Holidays, Greetings and Cheers, Steve

Re: For 2-cents more:

"OOPS" I forgot to welcome John S. AKA Harvestgold, in San Diego Calif. I obviously live in the Northern part of Calif, in Sacramento. Congrats also on your GE Washer and Dryer. I will probably get "Horse-Whipped" for saying this, but I prefer Maytag, WP, Kitchen Aid and Kenmore's over GE Washers and Dryers, but everyone has their likes and dislikes of most everything anyway.

Enjoy your Machines, when they arrive and please don't feel so shy, we all will be looking forward with your inputs and suggestions, besides just getting to hear from you as often as you feel like writing Posting Threads.

Peace, Holiday Cheer, Steve

Welcome!

I mus say I am quite jealous of your set of GE's - i'd kill for a set like that!
Welcome to the club - we hope you have as much fun here and gain as much knowledge as we do!

Merry/ Happy!

Jimmy, with all that snow.

Regarding the dishwasher, it can't be a rollout type of unit because it has a kickplate type of arrangement with what apears a timer dial on the lowt, buer panel. Jimmy can ya tell us what the brand is? I'm oing out on a limb, but could it be an American Kitchens rotorack?

Re: Thats True Bob:

I didn't see the "Kick-Plate" below, I was mainly focusing on the Handle area. I still think that it is a Westinghouse Dishwasher however!!!

variable speed clutch

I just returned from Billings, Montana. I went to the junkyard. I didn't find any variable speed clutches, on my visit. I will keep looking.
