It's fun being a semi new homeowner and when you find things that's going wrong that the last owners should have done right the first time makes me shake my head? Cutting corners is just plain stupid knowing that it will last only a few months after selling and making a huge profit off this sucker!

My under mount kitchen sink fell out while washing dish's two weeks ago and I just can't believe that they mounted this sink with no clips but with clear silicone and marble/granite pieces with gorilla glue!?!
Now this has got my goat!
My plumber is a great guy whom I like and he installed my Insinkerator but didn't pay attention to little detail as for making sure the Insinkerator name on the lip of the drain was facing me instead of being in the 3-9 O'Clock position. That's ball one, while underneath he could have seen that this sink was mounted wrong and would advise me to shore up the unit to prevent the fallout from happening. ball two. So I've decided to walk this guy to first base because he would hit a home run and clean my wallet out.
So by doing my homework on You-Tube, I can give you an earful of the utter nonsense of how to install under-mount sinks....

Which help me a lot and finding all the goodies to get Humpty Dumpty back together was a painful task until 1:30 am this morning March 28, 2011.
I've found one place where I can get all three units; clips, glue and installation clamps.
I will be on vacation in two weeks and I may do this on my day off this Friday if parts arrive before then. I'm able to use the dishwasher and use the sink to wash a few items by hands since drain is still intact with no leakage except from the obvious.....
