Am assuming Kelvinator’s “exclusive” filter fountain was stolen from Norge’s patented burpalator agitator design? And considering the rapid and unique movement of Kelvinator’s agitator, how efficient would that filtration system truly be?
The virtually identical Kelvy given to granny ... the filter on it didn't work. It had a pan but no "fountaining" happened, for whatever reason. Only water that got into it was what splashed over during agitation.
Kelvy is a fun machine!! But I chuckled at the ad, capacity 9 lbs!! It's like my SQ!! Lol. Actually I think I could wash more than that, though not much more if I don't want damaged clothing. Washers certainly have advanced through the years. Honestly though, I can't see a family of 4 or 5 in todays world putting up with that.
