POD 12/30 2016's Parting Shot: The New WCI Frigidaire Washer!

So....2016 wasn't quite finished with its dastardly handiwork.  What do we get on the penultimate day of this wretched year?  The new WCI Frigidaire washer.  An appliance that loomed over one of the darkest days in appliance history.

Oh, thank God!  I just came in from a gig and checked the POD.  Didn't realize it was yesterday's.  Corrections made.

 

However, if today's POD is a WCI Kelvinator I will cry.

WCI junk seems like a fitting POD as this horrible year ends...

 

I just worry that that WCI Kelvinator ad will be on 1/1, saying, basically, "2017 will be just as horrible!"

Never thought of that, Lord K! Let's hope for a January 1 POD that brings positive vibes.

 

OK, I'm going to bed, now.  In the words of Captain Beefheart, "Somebody's had too much to think!"

 

(For the curious:  John removed the post in which he pointed out the WCI Frigidaire POD was for December 30 not the 31st. Perhaps my first clue should have been the unlikelihood of it having over 400 views a mere 20 minutes into the day, LOL.)

Actually that BOL Frigidaire washer for 12/30/2016 was one of those Kelvinator WCI machines with the plastic tub and Franklin design transmission. I had one for a while.
