Only available in builtin or free standing; c'est dommage. I think a gas portable with a quick disconnect gas nipple connecter snaking across the kitchen floor would have been unique. Old structures had gas outlets. If you have ever seen an ad for the wringer washer that had an ironer accessory that operated off the wringer drive, it mentions that the ironer could be heated by a gas burner.
