I just saw anoher thread where a member talks about a manufacturer's excellent after sales service.

In you opinion, what's the best brand TODAY in the U.S.?

Please consider these parameters:

1) Design
2) Dependability (if it still exists)
3) After sales service
4) Efficiency
5) Price

By the way, I'm talking about major appliances, not only washing machines.

1) Design = Frigidaire/Electrolux
2) Dependability (if it still exists)= Miele
3) After sales service = ?????????Never heard of it.
4) Efficiency = GE (don't shoot me, it's just a fact)
5) Price = Roper
6) Vintage or new? = Vintage!

Um... Trick question?
My only good experiance has been with Samsung... Or Sears.. Both took care of issues quickley and promptly... Hell sears took my washer back and gave me a new one through there resolution center
