I have a huge cottonwood tree in my back yard. My yard looks like that every spring and I think fall too. I odn't have an allergy to it. My neighbors just have to deal lol.

We have a lot of cotton wood tree in our neighborhood, but I have not seen any of them make the snow affect yet this season... Unless the trees are late.
I use the nasel rinse now, and I LOVE it.. I used to take the drugs, and no longer need them. Spring has been my worst in the past, now nothing.
