I put in a bid.Like the Westinghoses I got in Florida,I can have AA Trucking go get it on our co's account.I pay for it via our accountant.They take it out of my pay.Makes it easier for me to be able to get things from out of state.All the seller needs to do is be sure it's on a pallet and wrapped.The Westinghouses are flawless.All they need is a new coat of paint,a boot and new letters for the dials.They're turquoise!!!!!!This weekend,I found another GE Harmony set.I saw it on Craig's List for $300 and went to get it offering $200.He tok it and helped me load it on the truck.The dryer needed a thermostat.It kept kicking off after a few minutes on.I replaced the thermostat and it works fine now.There was nothing wrong with the washer at all.Anybody have one of the glass lids for sale??the machines are Titanium.

I have one similar, in Poppy, but with more wood grain. Get it, it's a neat machine, but not without its squeaking while starting spinning issues, especially at gentle speed.

The 1-18 washer is a WCD SN51EF4252 or so the seller has told me.

Seems like something is missing there. WCD-75 WCD-78, or other model number indications of year or type.

any ideas/help?

I'm interested in buying the washer, but need some help translating the data.

WCD is the correct model #

and by the serial number it looks to be a 1975 model.

Yes, the first 5 in the SN identifies it as 1975.

I have been bidding on this poppy washer. It looks like a great deal. I have decided not to bid over $150.00 for this awesome washer. I need to save my money for when if ever I can find a 1960 Frigidaire WCI. I would appreciate if someone could out bid me on this washer-ASAP-as I decided to pass on it!

MAYTAGLUVER - I'll have to check again downstairs and come up with a good story about why I need it, and where I'll put it.

Can anyone compare how this 1-18 will wash clothes with how a A606 maytag does(which I use now). That might help me explain things to my DW.

Poppy Frigidaire dryer

Greetings all...I may have a line on a poppy Frigidaire dryer. I just talked to my dad, he's gonna go ck. on it. It's in south central PA. I saw it last month when I went 'back-home'. I wanted to get it then, but left w/o it
If it's still there...maybe someone could have a 'matched-set'
