What is the maximum file size video that members can post?

There's no provision to upload videos directly to AW.  They must be hosted elsewhere and linked.  Most users do that via YouTube.  AW site coding automatically recognized YouTube URLs in posts ... simply view the video normally, copy the URL from your browser address bar and paste into your post.
