Hi all,
Well 2011 has been a very successful year for me. I'm winding down now for the Winter, I don't expect anything to pop up but there will be some minimal activity in the wash house. Apparently snow is heading my way next week, but from memory the temperature inside the wash house never goes below 5* celsius so rust shouldn't be a problem. I am rigging up a fan heater anyway. I wonder what 2012 will bring, I have a notion my Uncle is looking to build on the site where the wash house is, and hopefully he does because that means he will be forced to get a new wooden shed or something more permanent on a new site for me! I might just do it anyway as I need something more permenant up there that is warmer etc. The current wash house is hitting 80 years old according to storys. I'm always changing my mind too until things are perfect. I hope I find a couple of new machines for my birthday in January when I start up again.
Early Xmas wishes, James.
