Interesting--believe Presteline was from Waukegan, IL, which would align it with L&H out of Milwaukee. This is clearly the predecessor to L&H/Thermador built-ins of the 1950s...interesting to see the evident lineage.
Thermador was offering builtins in the 40s.

This is electric, and it is not related to the L&H and Thermador ovens, even though it looks similar there are no parts the same.
