Probably somewhere between 1971 and 1975, the MT trivia experts will know for sure, this would make a good dryer or parts donor, get it before a scrap guy does.
1966 - 1968. The control dial all in one color with "Wash-n-Wear" was the initial 1966 design. That changed to the two color design with "Permanent Press" on the dial in 1969.
