Hello guys!
I have a General Electric high fidelity AM FM stereo phonogram combinason from the 60's or 70's, I had a little accident whit it... By turning the tunning buton a little too far, A small whire inside was severed... Can that be fixed or have I broken it for good?

Depends on how handy you are. In the past the tuning dial was a concoction of string, springs and pulleys. Often the paths the string took were pretty convoluted, you'll need a service diagram to get it back to where it should be, but it can be done.

Most electronic stores still have radio dial cord. I've re-strung several, and it isn't a real big hassle. Get yourself a Sam's Photofact of the unit (try the library, an older repair shop, or E-Bay) and it will give you the diagram to follow while re-stringing it. Just take your time, and I'll bet you'll be fine! Best wishes!
