Hello:

An odd recurring problem with a bathroom sink clogging. The sink builds up a clog over time and drains more and more slowly. Ultimately I poured some drain cleaner and let waited for a while.

Then the following has happened a couple of times: after letting the clog break down, I rinse the sink and water is flowing smoothly, normally. No problems. Then maybe I clean a bit or try to scrape something off the drain and all of the sudden water stops flowing completely, totally still, nothing going down. I am trying to call a plumber ( https://www.drainkingplumbers.ca/ ) but still, if you guys could help me figure out what's going on then that would be great.

Thanks

sounds like the whole drain system needs Roto Rooted....years of build up can make a drain run sluggish...until this is cleared, seems like your going to always run into the same issue.....you can always try snaking it, plunger, or wet vac to help for some stuff....

you do know you stumbled into a site for washing machines and vintage appliances?
