Did they make a printing mistake back then regarding the pump wattage, considering most of todays pumps are rated at 25 watts.

the pump in that machine may be a "shaded pole"type-that type of motor is inherently inefficient because the "shading coils"needed to start rotation act like a shorted winding once motor is at speed-145 watts is typical of a drain pump motor of this type,

I have been trying really hard to get my classic Servis 303S Compact to pump out correctly from day one. I have put endless different pumps on it & have changed the drainage set up at the back of the machine but it just won't pump out fast enough & sometimes it won't even pump out what so ever & there is definitely no blockages. It really has me baffled as to what could be causing the problem !!!
Has anyone got any idea's please.

Your pump issues
if you have checked that there is no blockage and your sure there is nothing between the drums like an old sock or underpants then you have to assume that its the outlet that is at fault when you connect the machine up do you have it on a spigot under the sink? if so that may be reducing the flow.
Have you tried the machine in the sink to see if the discharge rate is as it should be?

I have a different machine in that exact same place every other week lol without any drainage problems, yes i have had the drain hose from the 303s directly hooked over into the sink & still the outlet flow rate is poor or non existent, sometimes it will clear all the water out but when it starts to spin 90% of the time depending on the load size you just get a water lock situation that stays throughout the spin cycle without clearing the water.
If you look at the picture below i'm starting to think that possibly the pump is raised to high up on it's bracket, i will remove the bracket & i will fix the pump derectly to the base, depending if the sump hose has enough play to let me do it & see if that makes a difference.

Well done with your deduction..
It does look like its rather high up but that should not make any difference when its full as there should be enough water in the tub to push down and make it empty. But I think its worth a try at least you can rule it out and we all rub heads to think of other reasons

Craig before you alter the pump bracket can you
take a few pictures of the large hose and just a general underneath shot so I can see whats what?

hmm inyeresting one this one, try blowing down the outlet pipe with no water in the machine other than the water in the sump, make sure the tub to pump hose isn't kinked...........
I don't know what the flow rate of these magnetic pumps is, but a standard shaded pole pump will pump out my hoover 1100 from high level (half way up the door) in just over a minute. maybe the impellor on the magnetic pump is not big enough for the job, pity you haven't a shaded pole pump to try out
You may get a bit of suds lock if the machine is spinning a very absorbant load but this should clear.
Also as already mentioned make sure the fitting on the drain is big enough, on mine when it was first fitted I didn't bother trimming back the inlet tupe that the hose goes on, only to find pump outs were taking a long time, I then removed the hose from the push on end and noticed the tube was ribbed and like a cone, untrimmed it had a tiny hole for the water to flow through, so I cut it back as far as I could and that allowed more water to flow through it, that cured that problem.

At last i have finally sorted the problem out by extending the sump hose & lowering the askoll pump & changing it for a plaset pump which i find performs far better. So great to hear the purging sound after it has cleared all the water out before it goes into spin.

Glad to see that you have got the issue resolved with some experimentation! If the opportunity arises to get a shaded pole pump, go ahead with it and claim it as they do shift more water than the PM pumps. That is why most of the washing machines made in the 90s were made so that they wouldn't spin unless the pressure switch contacts weren't made.
