Good friend of mine, has a LG Tromm WM2016CW, Front Loader.

Was over at there house recently, and it was told to me, if they ever select the Warm/Warm cycle, the clothes come out, feeling as though they were rinsed in Cold.

Of Course, I looked at it. And I realized something. The Washer seems to never actually do a Warm Fill, EVER. I placed my hand in the Detergent Drawer as it was filling with Water, and noticed quickly that all it was doing was filling from the Cold line, then it'd stop and Fill from the Hot Line for 3/4 Seconds, and then it'd continue on filling with COLD.

Of Course (not really surprised here) when I opened the Door (after the fill was done) the Water was extremely cold (maybe like 50-60 decrees) far from the so-called Warm temp (I'd expect to be at least, 80)

I did also notice that the Rinsing Fills, do the same... :(

I'm just wondering here, does anyone else see this on there LG Machines?

I guess it's not LG but all the modern American machines, there have been load after load of rants over here about "hot" being redefined at 100°F or so in the US.
So according to that "warm" could be just a tad hotter than tap-cold!
Sad, isn't it?

On which cycle did you test the water temp? Normal?

Tried.. the Cotton/Towels Cycle.

And noticed how horrible the water temp was..

The Water Heater itself, is one the 1st Floor of there home, and the Machine is on the 2nd. However, I ran a nearby faucet, and the water (that actually did come from the Hot Line) was HOT, actually scalding ;) However, it just doesn't seem to fill with Warm long enough..
