I have a dial type temperature control in my 1956 Frigidaire Imperial Cold Pantry. The choices, in order are:

I had it on 2, and my Sweet n' Sour mix is frozen. (yes, we must put the most important items in our new fridge first!)
I've now turned it to "A", assuming that is a lower temperature.
Anyone know what the "code" is? And why they didn't just do 1-2-3-4-5?
